Promoting Equity in the Literary Arts
Promoting diversity is a fundamental goal at Tahoma Literary Review. We strive to attract and promote as many diverse voices as possible, and we are taking steps to do more.
In 2020 we joined with The Mineral School to establish the Tahoma Literary Review Fellowship. The fellowship will fund a writing residency at The Mineral School for a BIPOC writer.
We also offer free submissions for marginalized writers.
Every subscription, single-issue purchase, or paid submission supports our initiatives, and direct donations help, too.
Even a small donation of a few dollars helps offset the costs of these programs and allows us to continue our longstanding practice of paying the writer. You can make a donation when you submit, or click below to donate now.
